BRIGHTWORKS DIGITAL PTE. LTD. (Business Registration: 202504662W), operating as Launch Brick, is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our subscription-based MVP development services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we may provide refunds for our services.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the first month of service on our MVP Sprint and MVP Pro subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service provided during your first month, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment.

To request a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must:

  • Contact us via email at hello@launchbrick.com within 30 days of your initial payment
  • Provide a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied with the service
  • Cease using any deliverables or code provided during the subscription period

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • After the first 30 days of service have elapsed
  • If you have already received and approved deliverables
  • If you have clearly violated our Terms and Conditions
  • For the MVP Studio tier, which is custom and agreement-based
  • If the refund request is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in your business requirements or external market conditions
  • For any third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domain registrations, hosting services, API credits, etc.)

3. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion if:

  • We failed to deliver a substantial portion of the agreed-upon work
  • We were unable to meet critical deadlines as specified in our service agreement
  • There were demonstrable quality issues with the delivered work that could not be resolved through revisions

The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the proportion of work completed, the nature of the issue, and other relevant factors.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will retain access to all completed deliverables provided during your active subscription period

5. Subscription Pausing

Instead of cancelling, you may pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During the paused period:

  • You will not be charged during the pause
  • No new work will be initiated or completed
  • Your existing work and backlog will be preserved
  • You can resume your subscription at any time within the pause period

Pausing your subscription is not eligible for refunds but may be a preferable alternative if you anticipate returning to the project.

6. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed

7. Intellectual Property Upon Refund

If a full refund is issued:

  • All intellectual property rights to code, designs, and other deliverables revert to BRIGHTWORKS DIGITAL PTE. LTD. (Launch Brick)
  • You must immediately cease using any deliverables provided during the subscription period
  • You must delete or return all copies of code, designs, and other materials provided

In the case of partial refunds, intellectual property rights will be assigned according to the terms specified in the partial refund agreement.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
